Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. After submission, you will receive an automated acknowledgment. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, subject to applicable law.
We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains a clear error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery information is invalid, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. We will not cancel an order for a misleading or discriminatory reason.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and must be applied before checkout is completed. Promotional terms do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia in accordance with our Shipping Policy. The current estimated total delivery time is 5–9 business days, and standard shipping is free. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Our policies do not exclude, restrict or modify any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right or remedy.
