Currency and pricing

Prices on https://www.wayfarerbrand.com.au are displayed in Australian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. The complete amount payable, including any applicable tax and optional charges, is shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Standard delivery within Australia is free.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary based on the device, order or payment provider. Do not list a payment method in website text, icons or advertising unless it is genuinely available in the live checkout.

Payment authorisation

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Your bank or payment provider may perform verification or security checks. If payment is declined, pending or reversed, contact the payment provider first or contact us for assistance.

Payment security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment services. Wayfarer Brand generally does not receive or store complete card numbers. Customers must not send complete payment card details by email, contact form or chat.

Charges and order confirmation

Review the order summary before payment. After a successful order submission, we send confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If you see a charge but do not receive confirmation, contact hello@wayfarerbrand.com.au with your name, the date and amount of the transaction. Do not send full card details.

Fraud prevention

We may use reasonable verification and fraud-prevention checks. We may contact you for information necessary to confirm a transaction or delivery detail. We may cancel and refund an order where payment cannot be verified or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. We process approved refunds within 14 days after the returned product is received and assessed, or earlier where required by law. Financial institutions may require additional time to display the refund.
